Two dishes the kitchen singles out are a smoky chilli paste served with crisp pork crackling and a southern curry paste stirred through with fish and chunky crab meat.

The dining room and its tables sit in a shaded garden in Phuket Town, with space for large family groups. During the Vegetarian Festival the kitchen adds a separate meat-free menu alongside its regular dishes.
